Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cracked ceramic insert I was making a roast and heard a loud crack in the other room and noticed it was the insert of the crock pot. I LOVED it until that happened its not even a year old.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't perform to temperature requirements I only used my 6 qt SCCPVC609-ss a half dozen times an was frustrated by my spareribs not cooking fall apart tender. After reading other review, I spent a day testing the temperatures using the crock 3/4 full of water. On high for 4 hours max temp 185F, continue on low for 5 more hours, max temp 204. left it on warm for 6 more (overnight) hours, temp 184F. After all this testing, I see sweeping residue on the outside and bottom of the crook. We don't believe we temperature shocked it but, there must be some cracking in the crock. It probably a tosser now. Crocks used to have heavier glazing and were more damage resistant. Can't tell if its a quality issue or handling. There were no impacts to the crock. The seeping didn't show up well on the photos I took, sorry no uploads. Once washed, you can not see any damage or crazing. The high just isn't high enough to cook. I like the timer and the ability to bump up the hours on the program. Looks nice. Didn't try the little crock yet, no review .

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible I have owned slow cookers my entire life and this,by far, is the worst one ever. It burns everything. I put this on high, low and warm and everything ends up in a rolling boil. Do not purchase. I was so excited to get a new one and I regret it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lid broke [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My lid cracked easily... is there a recommendation for a lid replacement that will fit?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way to Hot This crockpot gets way to hot even on the "warm" setting! I always use "low", but it still cooks way to fast and burns around the edges. My husband didn't realize that it cooks so hot and had it on the "hot" setting. It actually cracked my countertop. I make sure to put a cutting board under it whenever I use it now. I would not recommend this model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Into the Trash It Goes! The few times I've used this Crockpot, it has overcooked my food on warm!! Ruined several meals that needed to be cooked for 7 hours, and on warm! It's in the trash now after way overcooking my dinner. Kept adding more liquid, but that would evaporate in no time. Waste of money! I own a couple smaller crockpots that are programmable and work fine.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cracked insert! I bought this crockpot maybe a couple of years ago or maybe less. I had wanted a programmable crockpot for a few years. I notched a large crack in bottom of the pot when cleaning it a few weeks ago. I am very disappointed this was not a durable appliance.
